Vehicle: 1997 Ford F-150 XLT
Install: Clifford (DEI) Matrix 50.5X Starter/Alarm
Alright, so depending on where you get the wire codes some will say 3 ignition wires and 2 accessory or 3 ignition and 1 accessory.
The relay satellite has only 3 outputs:
Ignition #1: (+)Pink
Ignition #2: (+)Pink/White
Accessory: (+)Orange
The problem is here, 3 does not equal 5, so do the other two wires need to be relayed? If so what should be the trigger wire?
Ford's Wiring (according to one source):
Ignition: Dk. Blue/lt. green
Ignition #2: gray / YELLOW (Blower Motor?)
Ignition #3: blue/pink (susposedly rear ABS wire...does it need to be connected? The one not listed according to one source)
Accessory: RED / Blk. (Heat?)
Accessory #2: Blk./Green (A/C?)

Ignition 3 is only required if the blue/pink is in the harness, only one truck I have done has had the blue/pink. If it is there you MUST power it.
Your Matrix system has negative triggers that will activate relays for the additional wires that are required. Just read the manual and it will explain what every wire on the system does. You will only need to power both accessories if your a/c compressor or blower motor does not kick in with just the first accessory.

I'm almost positive it is, from my understanding it is only there for the trucks with rear wheel only ABS (which mine has). There is an existing remote start in it as I just picked the truck up used, but when running in the remote start mode, the ABS code light comes on in the dash until i turn the key to RUN.
So it looks like ill need another two relays?

Just hit me, does it make any sense to hook up the Accessory: RED / Blk. (Heat?)
what difference does it make as long as the blower (gry. / YELLOW) is connected, shouldnt the A/C be the one hooked up?
