hi there im new to this

im based in the uk andi have a 2003 Ford Fiesta. it came with central locking(when a door is locked the other door locks and vice versa) and i bought an aftermarket kit from Ebay. it has a wiring diagram but im unsure of where to mount the module either inside the car or in the driver door. also i am unsure of what wires to tap into and where to tap into as i did attempt this before by using the loom in the drivers door. i think i identified the lock and unlock wires but when it came to testing by dding the module it didnt work.the module opens and there is a small button on the pcb which supposedly is the learning button and im unsure of how to teach the module what to do.

help would be great thanks

LOCK	BLACK/ orange	DKP harness from door	-
UNLOCK	BLACK / YELLOW	DKP harness from door	-

You might also need to pulse the blk/grn in the same location to wake up the BCM, if the unlock wire listed above does NOT work. The blk/grn is also a NEG(-) pulse. Down LOW in the drivers kick is the esiest place to find the iwres.

where did you get that information from? would be handy in the future when its warmer as i may attempt it then.
