I had a question about door power locks in the civic, since it is a DX all manuel locks etc., I wanted to know if there are wires already there to convert to power locks?? or I would have to make my own wires for them??

Also what kind off lock system should i use?

There is only one thing to check. Look for the factory keyless module in the drivers kick. This might have the wires on that that would lead to a factory harness inside the door....but I am not for sure.

These are the colors to look for. Pull the door panal, use a DMM, and do a continuity check.

all DX honnda do not have any wiring for doorlocks.

you can get the whole harness for power-conversion from junkyard and its a direct install.

RED / green in drivers kick panel. if i remember correctly, there are about 2 or 3 wires of the same colour, so just check the wire first.
