I have an older Clifford Arrow II alarm in my car,now with the new LED's out there mine doesn't seem bright enough...my question is can i replace the original LED with one of those VARAD L.E.D. type. Will the varad led draw more power than the clifford's led or be about the same, any answers will be apreciate it.

Should be fine.  LEDs don't draw much power at all.  I am not familiar with the VARAD LED but I seriously doubt there would be any problems.
