I need some help installing an AutoPage RF1055KE on my 1996 Jetta GLS.  It has power windows and door locks and factory alarm.  A complete wiring diagram and tips on how to "find" the wires would be appreciated.  I installed the unit according to a wiring diagram I got from another forum, but it does not appear to be working properly.  Here is what I believe was done correctly:

Parking lights (gry/blk and gry/red) behind dash hooked up and diode isolated

Door lock wire (gray) behind driver's kick panel hooked to +pulse

Door unlock wire (green) behind driver's kick panel hooked to ++pulse

I was not able to determine exactly where the ignition switch harness was located, so my power wire connections may be incorrect (if it matters)

I would like to connect the horn wire for "chirp" confirmation and panic features

I would also like to connect the accessory output to my trunk release wire.

Thanks for help/tips!!

Notes:
*1 On the 4 cylinder model find a green at the coil on the firewall.  The VR6 has a BLACK/ purple at the coil pack.  The coil pack is located on the right side of the motor towards the front.  *2 Requires a double pulse to unlock.  *3 Hidden release tab for light switch on upper left side of switch.  Use relays to isolate the switch side of parking light wires from seeing 12v, or the igniton circuit will pulse with the light flash.  It is also possible to use the hazard lights.  The colors are BLACK/ white and BLACK/ green, and are positive trigger.  They can be found at the alarm module or steering column.  *4 Gray wire grounded by switch at rest. Use a relay to isolate the switch side of the trunk release wire from seeing 12v.  *5 Use a single pulse to disarm without unlocking.  *6 Each power window motor is controlled by a module, the module and the window motor are built together as one piece, not allowing access to the motor wires  *7 The alarm module is located behind the headlight switch.   *8 There is a positive trigger key sense wire at the ignition switch or in the radio harness.  The wire color is BROWN / red.
