I have a 2004 Ford Expedition and I have the 1100F bypass module I need to know where to hook up the Blue/white (Ground when running) wire to.

it would help if you told us what remote start you had, ubt the blue/white from the bypass module will go to the ground out when running or (-)status wire from the remote start

Hook it to the ground while running output of your remote start. Status output.
