I had this alarm installed in town and had a problem with main unit. the shop replaced the main unit with two remotes for that unit. the first set of remotes were synchronized, meaning if i hit "arm" the other would read "arm" and so on. now with the new box and remotes they read opposite of each other. if i remote start both will read that(which is the only thing is synched) but if i turn the remote start off one reads off the other reads running. I did the add remote thing in manual and it did not help. the guys at the shop says it is supposed to be that way but why did the first set work and now the second set does not work? Please help.

Now there is a great way to get some help, A+!
In fact there are a large number of professionals that answer questions all of the time in this forum. If there is no answer to your question that would probably mean that no one is familiar with the system in question. The 'professionals' on this site prefer higher quality systems than the one installed in your vehicle. I have done several of that brand, and although I have never had one come back, they are not the same quality as Compustar, DEI, Audiovox to name a few. The ones I did worked fine, both remotes were synced.
My recommendation, take it back to the 'professionals' you had install it in the first place and tell them that you would like it either repaired or replaced.
