Planning to install 506T... Where is the best place to put the microphone? Ist near the rear...or at the centre of the car( normally where the room light located? Aslo..how sensity the sensors...if i set the sensitty at maximum level..if someone knock my mirror(using hand) can it trigger? Thank you

I just leave the glass break sensor on the dash next to the pillar.
I also turn up sensitivity to the max.
Knocking on the mirror will do nothing, it listens for the frequency of broken glass.
Plus, it filters out sounds that doesnt sound like broken glass, so there is no false trigger.

so..how you test the 506T? Either it working or not? What kind of tools u use to knock the window glass to make it trigger?
