I need some help as to where some of the wires from the dei1700g bypass go to. I have a crimestopper cs2016 alarm that I am trying to integrate. Also could use some help with the positive lock and unlock wires from the cs 2016 unit.

What kind of help exactly do you need? Most of the wires you are going to connect will run from the remote start to the interface. The 1700G takes the analog outputs from your aftermarket system and converts them into digital information that your vehicle can understand as well as bypassing the passlock system for remote starting.

the 1700g uses negative lock/unlock inputs. you asking what each wire on the bypass needs to go to?

For what it's worth, I had a problem putting a 1700G in a 06 tahoe last week.  I installed everything correctly, as it is wired the same way as a 457G plus a keysense wire.  The 1700G just kept sending out all kinds of commands to the car...it was very unpredictable.  Anyway, I ended up taking it out and swapping it for a 457Gw.  No problems since.

I have used about 10 of the 1700g and have not had any problems with them. You only need to use the keysense wire on vehicles with the pk3 system. Did you make sure you had it set for the right platform.
