I'm installing a Clifford Matrix 10.5x. What I need to know is how to use a relay to properly connect the ORANGE / Black H2/3 Retained Accessory Output wire from the Auxiliary harness. Which wire should I connect to each relay pin?

Also, what type of relay should I use? SPDT? Thanks Alot!

Did you study the relay page here? https://www.the12volt.com/relays/relays.asp

That will show you how they work. You would connect the output to either pin 85 or 86. You check the polarity of that wire and connect the opposite polarity to the other pin.  For example if you have a positve output from your unit hooked to pin 85 you would ground pin 86. connect pin 30 to the device you are powering. connect 87 to either positive or negative depending on your application. Since you're doing RAP you will obviously want to connect 87 to pos 12 volts.           Second question.... Yes, SPDT

Come back and let us know how it worked out for you. Good luck
