any idea how i can get two remotes for the viper 550hf. i took this unit out of a used car and installed a different one and naturally it didn't have the remotes with it ??

Have you checked the dei web site? Or just go to a local Dei dealer, they can probably get em for you.

check ebayy.com. use any DEI 1way remote, and there are tons of them on there.
