Is the remote reporting that it was an impact that set off the system? Did you have to interface with any of the alarm wiring to install your radio? Did you have to relocate the shock sensor due to the radio installation? Did you mount your shock sensor to a solid piece of the chassis away from other electronics or to a harness?
This is from the installation manual of your unit:
"Mounting the Shock Sensor
Choose a suitable interior mounting location for the shock sensor that provides ample coverage of the
vehicle. Keep the sensor away from the vehicle’s ECM or other sources of electrical interference.
Suggested mounting locations include air conditioning ducts, dashboard braces, or center console
supports.
During proper operation, the shock sensor will detect impacts to the vehicle only and will not usually
be triggered by slow rocking movements of the vehicle like those caused by wind."

The shock sensor is mounted to the dash brace. I did not move it since the initial installation so I'm not sure why all of a sudden it would start giving me problems.
The stereo is connected to the factory harness so I'm not sure how or why it would be causing any interference to the alarm.
Do yor alarm has a memory that tell you what zone trigguer the alarm? I am pretty sure that alarm can tell you what zone is the one causing the trigguering with the blinking of the led after you disarm the alarm.
When you hear you alam goes off, leave it sound for the full cicle (this can be 30 to 60seg) then disarm the alarm and check the led and it will tell you what zone is the one that cause the trigguering. Check the manual and it explain the blinking led thing.
