Hey everyone I just got a ultrastart u4366m which is their newest model alarm/rs two way for a manual tranny. I was planning on installing it tomorrow but I just opened the box and was horrified to find the shock sensor missing. I know this model comes from the factory with one so im thinking the dealer ripped me off. I have no experience with ultrastart as I usually just install compustar and I know they come with the little black shock sensor. Please tell me what to do as I was planning on spending a couple of hours tom to put this thing in. Thanx in advance.

ultrastart has thier shock sensors built into the module and programming is done outside the vehicle through the remote. It is very nice because no wires to run and programming is easy. you can also temporarily bypass shock sensor through remote. Read the owners manual and then if you have any questions, pm or post. Hope this helps...

Thanks. After reading your post I went and read the owners manual. Previously I didn't bother with that as install manuals usually have everything. Anyways this is way good news cause I was about to return it and just throw a compustar in. I was a bit dissapointed when I realized that their is nobody that  answers the phone at ultrastart. I called and emailed them with no response either time. Are they always like this? Hope it won't be too big a pain in the ass to get replacement transmitters. Anyways thank you very much for the help
