Well, I've installed Autostart before and the range is amazing. I have the older version of the one you are mentioning installed in my truck right now. The 2 way model with the LCD screen. I cannot find a single spot on campus that I cant start my truck from. However, I already had an antenna issue, had to replace the antenna receiver. It was about 2 weeks old at that point. Other than that, its been awesome. I normall install/use AstroStart, but I decided to test out the Autostarts. I know other technicians that install Autostart as their primary starters and they love em. I've heard good things about the 2400 though.

Have you tried the "Find an installer" option at the top of the page? I do not know if it lists any for your area, nor the quality of those listed, but it may be a good place to start.
