There is nothing in the manual about programming remotes. Is this one of those "flip the ign. 5 times" then push lock on both remotes?

It does tell you how to enter programming mode, for other options.....but nothing on the remotes. This is my first go at anything from compustar, so

please forgive me for my ignorance.

It's ignition on and off five times and then the parking light should flash once and then you press a button on the remote if I am not mistaking

Yes thats correct.....only I used ign. input (green) and taped it on 12v 5 times (real fast) I couldn' turn the ign. switch fast enough. I had forgotten....I actually did one of these a while back.

Yep... The idea of turning the ignition on/off REAL FAST....don't work. It's NOT fast enough.
