hi, could anybody please help!!!

.. i have been trying to get a wiring diagram for a 1999 mitsubishi lancer glx  for a long time now..

a lancer previous to 2002 does not exist on the internet and local dealer has no infomation on cars previous to 2002 also..

if anybody could help me out that would be great!!

According to WikiPedia this version was available to Australia, but not marketed in the US. You will find that most information on the web will be related to US versions only (unless specified otherwise). Have you tried using the chart for the Mirage? If I read the wiki right this is how that vehicle was sold in the US. Even if the information is not correct it should provide you some guidance in finding the wires required. The wiring charts should only be considered a cheat sheet and not taken as being absolutely correct. You need to verify all wiring with a DMM prior to making any connections to the vehicle.
