CAN SOMEONE PLS. TELL ME AN EASIER WAY TO ACCESS THE DOORLOCK WIRES WITHOUT TAKING OFF THE DOOR PANEL TO GET TO THE SWITCH.
My information says to get them at the switch in the door and it is generally right. I don't remember the car off hand so I can't help you. I would bet that there likely isn't a better place.
There is a way to connect it without taking door panel off. Still no easy, but it works for me everytime.
First snap the power window switch, remove the door boot. Next below the speaker in the door panel itself there is a philip screw, remove it. Then lightly pull on the panel corner, remove the first door clip on the inside of the panel. There will be a hole where the door clip went into. Run a very small gauge wires truoght the hole, you should be able to reach with you fingers on the side where the boot plug in. I suggest the you tape wire so it doesn't move, now run the other side where the power window switch is you door lock wires are there. You can use an antenna to pull the wires in the door panel, also is up too you if you want to run the wires throght the door boot. Like I said you can use an antenna to get the wires trough. Leave plenty of slack on the wire soit stays down and won get cought in the window and use cable ties Good luck. Test wires.
