Hi, pretty dumb question but how u turn on the backlight on the 2-way remote? I pressed all the buttons and none seem to activate the blue backlight so I can see in the dark. Compustar's manual is very very flimsy when compare to DEI's. Thanks.

Contact your dealer. (the folks that installed it) OR, if you are the dealer (the guys that sell and install the product) contact tech support. I don't believe it's an option, I believe you have a transmitter issue!
