I have installed 2 different remote starters (bulldog 1300 E and a design tech delux ) in 2 different 02 S10 blazers. A bypass module has been used on each. Both vehicles seem to work  properly at first but within 48 hrs the factory passlock system is activated when attempting to use the remote. When this happens there is a ten minute delay for the BCM to reset before I can start the vehicle.  Any ideas?

What kind of bypasses are you using?  It sounds like you are not adjusting them properly and the resistance is changing when it gets cold.  Try adjusting them by volage instead of resistance.  You also might want to try the PLDATAs next time.

I have used the bulldog model 791 which sets itself after you start the vehicle with the key upon complete instalation. I'm not sure how to adjust ba voltage or what the PLDATA is i'm kinda new at this. thanks for everyones help so far.

Sorry I am not familiar with BullDogs products so I can't offer much advice.  If I were you I would phone bulldog's tech support and see what they can do for you.  If you are having the same problem on 2 the chances are they have heard of it before.

Is there any way to bypass a passlock 2 system without a bypass module.

You can use this diagram for Passlock II bypass with two relays
