I purchased a "ready remote" remote starter the other day and installed it today. My problem is with the alarm, the remote starter works but after 10 seconds the headlights start to flash. Also while this is happen if I put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position then push the brake pedal the engine shuts off. I'm going to call the company tomorrow to see what they say. Does any one have any helpful hints or solutions?? thanks

Did you interface with the factory alarm disarm wire? Purple / YELLOW driver's kick panel.
