remote start alarm

I'm looking to install a remote alarm on a 03 cadillac cts.I was wondering what all do i need from for that.I know that i need that bypass module for the ignition.The car also has an factory alarm too!!!!

A bypass is a required item, I recommend the GMDL-BP. A wiring chart would make the job easier too, so here is what DEI lists:

Notes: Individual door triggers are in each door at their respective door modules. Use all four wires and diode isolate each wire from each other and the door modules. Refer to DirectFax document 1076 for wiring information.
