Hey, what I'd like to do, is use my remote start (Viper791XV) to start my truck (2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L) then when I get in, push a button, and leave.

I've included an igntion schematic, alarm/remote start schematic, and the layout of how I think I need to wire it.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Alright for whatever reason, it's not letting me show the images. I don't know if that has anything to do with being a "rookie" as far as the forum goes. Also the files are larger than the allowable 30kb, so I can't upload the images. I'll try to get this worked out...  Also, what's with not being able to edit your own messages?

Push a button as apposed to sticking the key in the ignition? What's the benefit?

Hope this works.. I can see the images in the text box. They're .JPG's, and I can see them on other sites.

If not, here are the links to them:

As far as WHY I'd want to do it. I think it'd be cool, not many people would have an ignition like that, and it'd be convenient.
