i have a 94 maxima gxe and i would like to know if theres any way to reprogram the keycode on the doors.i dont want to go to the dealers and i rather not spend any money.all help is appreciated.

If you are trying to program a new key.... most of the nissan product line has to be done at the dealer with their scan tool.

Are you sure car is a 94 maxima, i don't recall that year coming with a keypad.

yeah im sure its 94.i just want to know if theres anything i can do so i wont have to go to a dealer.i saw somewhere that supposedly under the dash is the master code,,i dont know.

Yes he is sure 1990 and up untll 94 or so there was a keypad outside below the door handle. I will look in to it and post back.
