I have a 2002 Dodge Ram and i have the express kit XO3 kit ...is this the right bypass or is this just for door locks and alarm?

You have only the door interface module. What you need is the XK531 - Combo Platform 531:Upgradeable Interface+1st Gen Sentry module instead.
