I have been reading the forums for about 6 months now and wanted to let everyone know what a great resource I think they are. 

Sometime in the first week of March I am having a Matrix RS 3 installed in my 2002 Ford Ranger that has the factory keyless entry.  Have I forgotten anything?

I have:

Matrix RS3

Battery Backup

Double Gaurd Shock Sensor (504T)

Prox. Sensor (508D)

Audio Sensor (506T)

Digital Tilt/Motion Sensor (507T)

Closed Loop Sensor for my trailers (502T)

Mercury Switch for tonneau cover

Pin Switch for hood

Window Automation (530T)

2 Externial Sirens (514T)

2 Sirens in the Cab (513T)

Parking Lights Flash and Horn Honks

Cliffnet Wizard Pro Software

Also, is a wireless imobilizer necessary since I have the Ford Factory Anti-Theft already?

I also want to be able to remote unlock my tonneau cover (it comes from the factory for provisions for keyless entry) and remote open and close it and turn on heated seats and defroster.  Will I need to a channel expander (450T)?

You will need a channel expander unless you want to make a lot of things turn on at the same time. I have a brand new one (box was opened for a picture) that I will sell for $50. Contact me if you are interested at GMC4x4Guy@aol.com.  It's a nice little piece of equipment, that's for sure.
