my manual for the black widow  bx-z5 say tie the shock sensor to a wire loom

what does it mean ? 2000 crown vic

That is just a large bunch of wires tied together.

You'll see many wire looms under the hood.. .they are black, ribbed flimsy tubing around packs of wire (for protection against certain amounts of heat, grease, etc).

loom- (the black stuff that covers wires)

the shock sensor works better on a bundle of wires than it would on the frame.. word
