have 2004 chevy 3500 with diesel and ungo sr6000.  had installed at pro shop and everything worked great for about 6 months. everything stills works except remote start.  it'll go through the start sequence and die just after the engine starts.  i can't find a toggle switch anywhere.  thanks

2) turn the ignition on and then back off while holding the valet/programming button

3) release the valet/programming button

4) press and release the valet/programming button. the LED will report the last shutdown for one minue or until the ignition is turned on.

LED Flashes                                        Shutdown Mode

one                                                       timed out

two                                                       over-rev shutdown

three                                                    low or no RPM

four                                                       transmitter shutdown (or optional push-button)

six                                                         (-) shutdown or (+) shutdown

seven                                                   (-) neutral safety shutdown

eight                                                     wait-to-start timed out

Reprogramming the tach signal

3) release the valet/programming button and turn off the ignition

If the LED does not come on, then double check the connection for the tach reference.
