I've never even tried to consider removing the OEM immobilizer especially for a customer.  Always work with the factory system not against.  Some Camry's dont even have immobilizer which would be the basic models.  The most you would spend on a bypass would be $80.  If this car is yours then dont hesitate to ask for help on installing a bypass kit.  Assuming your doing a remote start it should be no problem wiring it up.
