I am doing my FIRST compustar next week. I have a Fortin GMDAA. On then instructions there is listed an input for disarm, and unlock. (one input) And lock, and arm. (one input). Having never used one of these AS WELL..... (I'm an Astroflex guy) do I need to use BOTH the lock and arm outputs from the compustar on the one input, or just the lock. I hope I'm being clear here.....? 2 functions, one input.

The GMDAA is not capable of interfacing with the door locks and alarm on a 2000 truck. That feature only works on 2003 and newer trucks. It will interface with the Passlock II system though. You only need to use the battery, ground, data out and negative in when running circuits.
