Anyone have the installation manual for the Viper 600ESP? I checked the download area, and it's there, but the link doesn't work. I just bought a truck with this alarm installed, and I need to know how to add a remote, reconfigure the buttons, and turn off the ignition controlled door locks.

As always, thanks for the help.

The download link doesn't work. It just redirects me back to the download area when I click any of the download links. It doesn't do that for you? I appreciate your help

No, it doesn't redirect me back to the downloads section. It prompts me to open or save the file. It's a PDF document. Do you have Adobe Acrobat?  What browser are you using? You may want to click on this link to remove cookies set by this site, then log back in and try again.

Still no go. I clicked the link, logged back in, did a search for the 600esp manual, and was redirected back to the download section. I'm using IE7 on an XP computer and I do have Adobe reader. Any other ideas?

Works fine in IE7, IE6, and Firefox from here. If you are using any third party programs such as Zone Alarm, Norton's Internet Security, etc., check your settings and if necessary add the12volt.com as a trusted site as well as in IE7.

I just clicked the link and it started to immediately download. I'm using Safari on a Mac. Definately a problem with your browser or computer.

Update: There's something up with that computer. Using a different computer everything works fine. Thanks for the help.
