I have a XK01 Platform #01 with Firmware GMDL6. Will this bypass work on this 2007 Trailblazer SS for the door lock and passlock?

It won't do anything for you. It needs to be programmed to AMDL and then it will only handle the door locks and alarm. It won't do the transponder. You would be better served going to an all inclusive bypass. I think a GMSL2i may work but I'm not entirely sure.

alright so the GMSL would be the best all in one bypass for an 07 SS trailblazer
