I have 1984 mercedes-benz 300d turbodiesel.I was wondering if I could do a remote start on this car? If so could I get the wire colors? Just to say I did it.

The problems I think I would run into are no tach wire and vacuum shutoff for the engine.

im not to familiar with older diesels but does it run on a carburated setup or fuel injection?

if its carborated, it could lead to some tricky stuff.

It's fuel injected.
