Giday all, long time reader first time poster.
I recently purchased a BW10000 alarm. When i opened the box, it looked bare to me, and the instructions are lacking to say the least. Maybe it doesnt have alot of components. i.e. relays, etc. The car that i am putting it on is a nissan pulsar. 87 model. The car has a turbo timer and i am led to believe that there is supposed to be a relay of some description. Could someone let me know the part number of a relay to use, or even better some more detailed instructions.
Thanks,
H
So, black widow produces a BW-1000 (one thousand) but no sign of a BW-10000 (ten thousand) --

You'll probably have to cut the brown loop (pin #6) to disable current sensing -- otherwise the alarm won't activate while the car is idleing, in turbo timer mode. Looks like, however, there are a series of other modules BW produces that plugs into this unit to give you the remainder of the features (i.e. pin #1 GREY -- doorlocks, etc). I'd run a separate, fused 12 volt line from the batter to connect to the RED wire for proper current sensing (based on what i'm reading in this "manual"). Diode isolate your two door pin triggers and your trunk/hatch trigger. You'll have to purchase a separate motion sensor, etc and also diode isolate this signal -- they all connect to the BLUE pin #2 wire.
Looks like it has a built in shock sensor with a toggle in the form of a adjustment screw on the unit itself -- also looks like the unit and siren are one piece --
Did you buy this online/ebay?

This is the owner's manual -- reading about it's function, it's basically a one button keyfob, yes? press it once, locks the doors (with the doorlock module, and chirps once) and arms the system, and press it again (two chirps) and it unlocks the doors and disarms the system.
You can go to www.bulldogsecurity.com for a wiring diagram of the nissan pulsar.
The door trigger is yellow/purple (-) in the driver's kick panel. Does your nissan have power door locks??? If not, you'll have to add actuators.

The search function is your friend.
I brought it off ebay. It is definately a BW10000. I was told that all i needed o run the turbo timer was to use a relay.
Any help would be great
