no, it isn't,

the common terminal of the unlock relay should only go to the actuator. likewise the coil of the unlock relay should only have connections to the switch and alarm (via the diode)...remove the symbol signifying a junction to the left of the coil, replace with crossed lines.. the switch should be a three position (center-off), momentary contact in the outboard positions.
