I have  a 2000 impala, trying to install a remote start using factory keyless entry , but was unable catch a negative pulse from the lock button on the remote. I have done plenty of vehicles like this, but this was the first to get me. Has anyone done this vehicle before and suggestions about this situation?

Lock and unlock use the same wire. It's an ORANGE / black wire in a gray 24 pin plug at the BCM.

Lock requires a negative trigger with a 470 ohm resistor in-line.    Unlock is negative trigger.    Must use relays.
The BCM is located above the brake pedal. It is a plastic box with three plugs that face the firewall.
