i have a audiovox ap410a car alarm in my 2002 mitsubishi galant, the battery went low on the remote and when i replaced the battery the remote doesnt arm or disarm the alarm anymore...any help?????

Not gunna guarantee this works, but give it a try:

1) turn the key on (ignition on, not to start)

2) hit the valet button 3x

3) hit the arm/disarm button on the remote

4) turn the key off

Now attempt to arm/disarm with the keyfob.

i up loaded the aps 410a install guide in the down load it be in there.
