Does anyone have a manual for any Marcus gps unit's or do you know if it will still work properly if the ignition(trigger)wire isn't hooked up? These units have a 3 wire conector:
red-power
blk-ground
white-power with ignition on

The unit will never auto power on without the ignition sense wire hooked up. So if your car was hijacked, the unit would never power on b/c it wouldn't know that the ignition was activated.

so, no, it would not work as intended.
