I bought a 530T that I am going to connect to my power windows, but I had a quick question. Will this enable me to use my windows without having the key in the ignition? If not, how difficult would it be to re-wire them so that I could do this? Thanks for any help!

You need to keep in mind that the 530T module receives its 'signal' from the factory window switch. This means that if your factory setup requires you to first turn the ignition to its ACC position, it's going to remain the same with the 530T module, except that you're going to have one-touch functionality.

In order to operate the windows at all times, you're going to have to make some alterations to the factory window setup, which I think the other members will be able to better assist you.
