Autopage make anything on their own, or do they just slap their name on someone elses work??

My RS-750 has ignition control door-lock problems that won't be resolved. Was told the new model is the only solution. (850...) This appears to be someone elses work aswell.

Going to try a DEI unit next 2-way. Not looking forward to any new Autopage 2-ways. Afraid of the same experience....

What are the 750 ign lock issues?

Ignition Control Door Lock feature does not work when the remote start feature is used. Only works correctly when you manually start the vehicle.

Autopage admitted to the firmware problem, and they don't have any resolve. Only plans is to release a new model.....

I have the same damn trouble with my excalibur gold 1800.

thought maybe it was because I grounded out the negitive neutral safety instead of hooking it up to something.

Anyboy hook theirs up and not seeing the trouble with the IGN locks?

My guess is NO.

Excalibur Gold 1800 the same as the Autopage RS-750? Would haveto be since it is being mentioned in the same contex.

Autopage doesn't actually design\manufacturer the RS-750. It is sold by many manufacturers. They all buy it from Tiawan and slap their name on it.

I have ignition controlled locks as a factory feature on my Van, and I noticed that when I either shut it off with the remote, or it times out, the factory ingition controlled unlock feature unlocks my doors. So I programmed the factory feature to just lock since I like it to lock when I shift into gear, then I programmed ignition controlled unlock only on my Commando FM760, and everything works fine. I havent checked the ignition controlled lock feature from the RS, and I dont plan on it either. Is it just the lock part that you guys are having problems with?
