i have a viper 791x and i can get the remote to work i brought  it to the install shop and thay told me the alarm was no good, but it was when t took it out of my other car 1 year ago and its been sitting for a year but i got a new remote. so is it possibal or are thay trying to sell me somthing i dont need

Did they tell you that just by looking at it in the box? If they did, tell them I need some lottery numbers.

AND, "why" persay is it bad?

ya i braing it in to get hooked up and got a new remote and that when thay told me its junk

hey i need lotto #'s too..!!!

easier to sell you a new one with wiring that is long...
about twice easier...

go to another shop...
