I have a 98 grand cherokee that i installed an alarm in the other day, and i used the relays and went into the driver and passenger doors for the locks but now my power windows on the passenger side dont work. any ideas on what might be causing this or how to fix it would be appreciated.

The first thing I would check is whether the switch was plugged back in while putting the door pannel back on.

yes i took the door back off and checked it over and over again but i cant seem to figure out what happened to the windows. the drivers side windows  (front and back) both work, but neither one of the passenger side windows works, from the drivers switch or their individual switches.
