ok guys i need help with my alarm install..details: this is the first time installing an alarm for me. ive installed subs, decks, amps, other electrical but never an alarm. i have a friend who somewhat know what he is doing so i would just like to clarify.

python 902 two way pager install
99 Integra LS - no factory alarm, just the anti theft for the radio i believe. just got the car recently

so i read the instruction manual - for the primary harness...basically very basic..only question is which wire to tap into for the door trigger (#6, #8 wires) it says one (+, -), and what is the ground when armed output?

for the auxliliary harness it seems like i'm only going to use one of the wires...it has 6 different channels, and i'm not getting any window, or any other accesories. no retain accessory, or horn honk, or factory disarm. is the only one i use for the hood pin on that harness?

and the most confusing part is the power door locks...which wires do i need to connect to?its a 7 wire harness but i can use the stock relay to control it. the integra have ground controlled relays? and those wires i can get to below the hood release handle? its a BLACK/ white wire, and black red wire? so basically im using 2 of the wires?

starter immobilizer....should i use N.C. or N.O.? does it make a difference? where is the common wire that i connect to the ignition switch? and do i just splice into the wire going into the main relay?

i know this seems to be a lot of questions but i just want to make before i start cutting anything...if u guys dont mind helping tht would be great.

You will use the negative door trigger input. H1/8 Connect this to

 DOORPIN Lt.GREEN/ red In driver's kickpanel   -

This unit has built in door lock relays. Cool feature. H3/D, and H3/G ground these, they represent pins 87 on a standard relay. notice is say's that in the install book. All those wires are pins on a relay that is controlled internally. This is why there is no pin#'s 85, and 86 H3/C is your lock wire, and H3/F is your unlock Connect to

LOCK BLACK/ white In driver's kickpanel   -
 UNLOCK BLACK/ red In driver's kickpanel   -

The only wire you will use on the aux harness (if you want to ) is the hood pin. H2/2

Read up on the relay section on this site....loads of info on a great little gadget, that makes life easier doing installs.

The wording on the install sheet about the "imobilizer"....it's total rubish. Let';s call it what it is...starter disable. Follow the 1st diagram.

thanks...so the postive door trigger i just dont use?  so i can just de pin it and take off the wire?  i'm trying to make it as clean as i can so i removing as much wires that i don't need.

yea..i have a hoodpin that i'm going to wire up.  so that should be easy to do.

for starter disable i just follow the first diagram in the instruction manual?  i just cut one wire going to the ignition, and cut the other starter?  for the integra it should be located near the main relay?
