so, it's cranking and not actually starting?

If so, you probably are having a Passlock issue (GM Passlock, vehicle immobilzer).  You'll have to get a bypass module.

Does your key have a little metal chip on the metal part of the key? If yes, it has a passlock, and you'll need a bypass unit.

I got it dude, this is what i found, i did not installed 555l correctly installe it under the dashboar but i fanilly found the passlock is next to the Key Cylinder, so i cut the cables and made the connections again and is star, but i have a new problem the starter still cranck when the engine is running, theres is a cable on the alarm system (direct to the oil sensor to stop the remote star when the engine is running do you know where can i connect this cable?

good show!! do you mean that you are looking for a tach signal ive never heard of a starter that uses oil pressure signal to tell that it has started. tach for your s10 is white or PURPLE / white at the coil on top of the engine. Im quite sure you mean coil not oil
