Car- 2005 Ford Taurus
Alarm System- Commando Alarm RS-560
PATS Bypass Module- 556sw

I have the alarm and keyless entry set up, but I cannot get the remote start to work. There is a RED / black wire from the 556sw that is supposed to be wired to the alarm module, only thing is that I don't know which wire to connect it to. In fact I ran it to all the wires that were inputs but none of them worked. I thought I had o wire it to the (-)200mA Programmable output (key sensor bypass)wire but the damn car still wouldn't start. Can somebody please help.

RED / black wire is supposed to be connected to ground-when-running (-) off the alarm brain.  Try this, ground the RED / black wire to chassis ground and attempt a remote start -- see if it works.  If so, you haven't properly programmed the alarm programmable output to key sensor bypass, OR, you should be using the GWR(-) wire -- which i apologize i do not know which wire that is

What is the GWR wire, grounded while running? Heres what I'm working with.

So it'll be the WHITE wire off the brain (programmed for key bypass).

Are you sure you programmed it correctly?

What other wires are connected to the bypass unit?  Usually there is a black and red wire as well.
