Ok. So I installed an alarm on my customer's van the other day. He had some cheap no-name brand relays that he wanted me to use for the reverse 5-wire door locks. Needless to say, those relays were crap.
Instead, I just disconnected the relays and ended up not doing the door locks with his alrm until he gets some name brand relays that wont go south. He didn't want to buy some good name brand relays from me....He said he would get them on his own.
I did another alarm install the other day, and the customer brought me his own DEI 451M Door lock relay module for me to install for him.
Weird, I know.
Any ways, that DEI 451M worked great. Easy to use, fuse wired in already, it was a cake walk to install.
I was wondering, will that DEI 451M module also work great in the 96 Ford E-150 van?

Of course it can work. All it is is two 20 amp micro relays in a fancy looking box. The purple wires are 87, the blue and green wires are 30, and the white and brown are 87a.
