Im doing a Viper 791xv on a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. I have 1 transponder key, and I have the 556uw. BUt, I remember doing a remote start on a matrix with 1 trans. key and 1 home depot copied key, and it worked fine. But, I cant remember how I did it. How would I go about doing that for this truck?? If it is at all possible. And the same question for a 2004 Chrysler Sebring.

its impossible to bypass transponder with a homedepot key.
My guess is you probably used a keyless type bypass like the PKT2?
or maybe that matrix didnt come with transponder but you thought it did.

If the second one is the case, then no surprise since some installer assume all toyota have transponder.
I remember a kid with a corolla that didnt need a bypass but he left a 555U w/ a key in the car, cause he thought there was transponder.
