I have a quick question regarding the doorlocks in this vehicle, the two wires are at the module behind the glove box, they are the typical:

blue/red for lock, and WHITE/ black for unlock, I have tested them

now I have them hooked up to an audiovox  APS596 alarm system, when I press lock and unlock on the aftermarket remote the doorlocks in the car do nothing, now these alarm brains put out 300Ma on the lock and unlock wires so I am not worried about this as being the problem, cause I have done a few of these in my days as an installer

anyone else have any ideas

Thanks Mike

I hope I'm not teaching you to suck eggs but these are neg going, test the wires via a 12v test light with the door shut and key removed. If it still dosen't work you can eleiminate the alarm which I asume you have tested.
