I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows where i could locate the tach wire for my 2004 Toyota Picnic(known as Ipsum outside U.S.) Or if i
could get the wiring diagram for such vehicle.

im not sure what a picnic would be called in canada but you can always get tach at a coil or injector. usually there will be a common coloured wires on the coils or injectors tach is the opposite of the common wires

Try the inside OBD II socket, thin black w. silver dots, that's what Lexus use and how diffferent can that be?

found it at the OBD11 at the driver side kick-panel(right hand drive vehicle). It is the thin white w\blue streak wire.I am getting 6.2vac there when i start the engine.Working ok, may need to replace battery soon though!
