For diodes isolating lights, door triggers, accessories etc. Is the 4001 and 4004 the best diodes for the job.

theres no difference when using either parts. the last digit simply signifies the voltage, 1n4001 has the lowest voltage of the 4000-series of 100v, if i remember correctly
