I have a black widow immobiliser and cheap ebay china alarm. Basically the black widow has a feature to unlock the car when you get near it like the keyless go system in Mercedes.

I just want that feature to be used from the immobilser by just giving it power and wiring it to the central locking and I want the china alarm to do the rest of the jobs. How can I get the black widow to arm and disarm the ebay alarm at the same time it will unlock the doors?

Heres both the wiring diagrams:

I wouldn't use the black widow ..... they cannot even get their pins in a proper order. LOOK at that thing...

You would have to have the lock and unlock output of the black widow trigger an actual remote of the eBay alarm. Take apart a remote and figure out what contacts get connected when you push the lock and unlock buttons. Connect one contact to 87 on a relay, the other contact to 30. Do the same for the other button on a different relay. Have the Black Widow (-) lock and unlock outputs trigger 85 on those relays. 86 will go to constant 12v. 87a will not be used. The remote will get stashed permanately inside the car. You'll have to change the battery in the remote every two years or so, unless you get something that can permanately power the remote by stepping down the voltage from 12v to whatever the battery in the remote is. It could be 12v, it could be 1.5v or 3v.

The lock and unlock outputs of the eBay alarm will lock and unlock the car, not the Black Widow. If the eBay alarm remote does not have seperate lock and unlock buttons, then it would probably not work.

Yeah...I saw that too. I'm not sure what they were thinking.
I wouldn't use either of the P.O.S. units this guy has, but I did provide a way for it to be done. The cheap crap that some people are willing to buy doesn't surprise me anymore.

thanks for that i am gonna try it in a few days like that.
The reason i am using the black widow is because it was free and i cant find another alarm which has that feature where you get near the car and its unlocked and if anything goes wrong only a cheapo ebay alarm if messed and free black widow.

There are other systems out there that lock the car when you leave, unlock it when you come back. Here is one: RFKE-22
